A process portal is a user interface for human process participants.
It provides them with an integrated way to manage work
queues and assignments, and then guides them through their participation
in the process by giving them the relevant information from multiple
sources needed to make each decision.

are given higher level views in a process portal so that they
can evaluate overall performance. This includes features such
as scorecards and reports.
A Process Portal is a component of
a BPM Platform and is one way employee knowledge
